Vision Points the Way

Do you have a clear vision for your clinic? Successful chiropractors generally have a very clear vision for their practice. It is the foundation of any good marketing effort. Here are some tips to get your vision clarified:
  1. Put your vision in writing. One simple way to do this is to imagine that you’re writing a memo to your staff. It’s the first of the year and you want to communicate with them what you expect your clinic to accomplish in the following year.
  2. Remember that a vision should be inspirational. It should make everyone involved feel good about what they do.
  3. It should provide a forward-looking image of the clinic and what makes it unique. It should provide direction and energy.
