How We Work

We believe in the ‘It Depends‘ philosophy of marketing–that there is no magic solution or silver bullet that will help solve all your marketing problems. Every situation and every client is different. But there are some general thoughts about how a marketing agency should approach a client:

First, we seek to understand. It is critical that we understand your business before we get too far down the road. The better we understand your situation, your vision, and your current efforts, the better job we can do for you.

Secondly, we begin with no preconceived ideas. Unlike some marketing agencies that have recommendations for you before they’ve come to understand your situation, we begin with an open mind. We understand that your situation is uniquely yours, and that the right solutions for you depend on many different factors.

Third, we believe that our working arrangements with each client should be unique to their specific situation. In some cases, we work on a project by project basis. Other clients prefer a retainer arrangement. And in some situations we even work on a contingency basis–you pay us based on our performance.  Again, it depends on your needs and situation how we’ll make these arrangements.
