Many companies have great products, but for some reason they can’t seem to find their footing. They struggle and end up constantly changing ads, pricing, and even the name of their products, hoping that those ‘tactical’ changes make a difference. But in many situations, we find that all the tactical modifications in the world won’t fix a misguided strategy.
